Data Dudes Consulting, LLC ("Data Dudes," "we," "us") builds AI automation, application, and lead-generation systems for our clients. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and client portal, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

Information we collect

• Contact details you submit through our forms (name, email, company, and your message).
• Account information for client-portal users (name, email, workspace details, and authentication identifiers managed by Firebase Authentication).
• Usage and project data shown in the portal that relates to the systems we build and run for your account.

How we use it

• To respond to enquiries and schedule audits.
• To operate the client portal and deliver the services you've engaged us for.
• To secure our services, including abuse prevention via Firebase App Check.

How we protect it

Access to client data is isolated per account and enforced by deny-by-default security rules. Privileged operations run only on our servers. We transmit data over HTTPS, never sell your data, and retain it only as long as needed to provide our services or as required by law.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing privacy@datadudes.consulting. Portal users can update profile details directly in Settings.
