These terms govern your use of the Data Dudes website and client portal. By using our services you agree to them.

Use of the service

The client portal is provided to active Data Dudes clients to view projects, usage, billing, files, and to communicate with their build team. You agree to keep your login credentials secure and to use the portal only for its intended purpose.

Accounts & access

You are responsible for activity under your account. Access to data is scoped to your workspace. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Engagements & billing

Project scope, timelines, and fees are defined in your individual engagement agreement. The billing information shown in the portal is for reference; your engagement agreement governs in the event of any conflict.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access data belonging to other accounts.
• Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service without authorization.
• Do not misuse the service to transmit unlawful or harmful content.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Data Dudes disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
